TapTap Send aimed to increase app downloads and drive money transfers among the South Asian diaspora during Eid, a peak period for remittances.

Challenge:

To stand out in a competitive remittance market and encourage immediate action (app download and first-time transfers) while creating cultural resonance during Eid Al Adha.

Our Solution:

We executed a retail out-of-home campaign featuring indoor digital screens and window takeovers across ethnic stores. The creative included a QR code, enabling users to scan, download the app, and use an exclusive festive code to send money back home, driving both engagement and conversions.
